I think my greatest benefactor right now is using LoseIt! I’m able to see and keep in mind my calorie budget, which is really what I need. Making my own foods is proving to be really fun, too!

I remember the first time I watched this- I was in tears. It helped me get out of some bad times before, and I feel is really good inspiration to keep you happy.
I’ve used this app before, and it really does work to keep you on track with weight loss goals.
The interface is very easy and simple to understand, and the best part it’s free!
The first time you use it it’ll ask you your weight, weight loss goal, age, and height. From there, you can decide how many pounds a week you want to loose (from 1/2 lb, to 2lbs) and it’ll show you how much longer you have until your goal.
It’s so easy to track everything on this app, from your calorie intake (you can search for the food you ate to actually scanning the bar code) to your workout.
All in all, if you need something good on your phone to help you keep on track, this is it!
